Founded in 2014, Ereele Capital is an alternative investment platform based in Dubai with a strong focus on the MENA region. We operate through two distinctive vehicles: one dedicated to Private Equity and Venture Capital, and another focused on Islamic Trade Finance, primarily serving SMEs across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Ereele Capital has an annual target capital deployment of USD 200–300 million in the alternative investment space, reflecting our ability to deliver impactful and scalable solutions. Our Islamic Trade Finance vehicle has achieved annual offerings exceeding USD 140 million, underscoring our strength in Sharia-compliant financing. We invest directly or alongside prime sponsors, often together with our clients, to unlock opportunities and build long-term value.

Mahdi Yazdizadeh
Mahdi has nearly two decades of experience in global finance, having held senior leadership roles at Credit Suisse, Barclays, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as Co-Head of MENA Structured Finance. His expertise spans Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions across the MENA region, alongside a strong track record in Islamic Finance, particularly in Trade Finance and Fintech ventures.
He is a member of the Forbes Finance Council and, and holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford.
